Fatty fish such as yellow croaker and salmon, in particular, contains high levels of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids help lower the risk of coronary heart disease and stroke and are important for the foetal growth and neurological development.

This is only available as a whole fish. Do let us know how you would like us to prepare the fish in the "Add a note to your order" section at the checkout page. Otherwise, we will prepare the fish based on our expertise.
