Orders & Deliveries

In SeaMonger, we prioritize quality and freshness of our seafood. There are various factors that will affect the freshness of the seafood such as weather, location, method of handling, temperature and many more. Sometimes, it is unexplainable why certain batches of seafood are not as fresh as the rest.
 
In a case whereby we determine the seafood as subpar quality, we will not deliver that particular batch to you. You may have to wait for the next batch and we will inform you to arrange for delivery again. We practice high standards of quality and are extremely stringent in our selection as we do not encourage consumption of seafood that is of inferior quality.

For the last 60 years, this has been the protocol and will always be because we believe that you and your loved ones deserve only the best!

Our delivery days and timings are as follows:
Tuesdays to Sundays
8am to 10pm
*Please note that we are closed on every Monday*

Delivery will be done anytime within 8am-10pm. We will drop you a text 3-6 hours prior delivery to confirm if there is someone at home to collect. Please ensure there is someone at home to collect the items after confirmation. If no one is home to accept your delivery within 5 minutes of our driver's arrival, we will take your package back to our facilities to be frozen. We will then attempt to arrange with you a second delivery whereby a $15 fee will be imposed.
