Mackerel is high in omega-3 fatty acids and is an excellent source of selenium, niacin, and vitamins B6 and B12.

This is only available as a whole fish. Do let us know how you would like us to prepare the fish in the "Add a note to your order" section at the checkout page. Otherwise, we will prepare the fish based on our expertise.
