Their fine white meat offers lean protein and many other health benefits. In fact, it is one of the most low-calorie fish in consideration of how many nutrients it offers.

It is available in two sizes.
1kg of S/M size is about 4-6 pieces
1kg of L/XL size is about 2-3 pieces.
