Icelandic Red Perch Fillet

Country of Origin: Iceland

The perch fish boasts white flesh that has an excellent mildly sweet taste and firm, flaky texture. Not only does it have a great flavor, but it also goes well with most of the dishes you can prepare without significant changes in that flavor.
