Q: What if I cannot finish the food? How long can I freeze it for?
A: Our seafood are imported daily so fresh seafood has a longer shelf life so you can keep for as long as you are comfortable with. However, it is recommended to consume within 1.5 to 2 months after freezing for optimal freshness. 

Q: Do you have ala-carte items?
A: Yes, you can find them on our website.

 Q: Is there any discount codes?
A: We apologize that no discount or promotional codes can be used during the CNY period due to the price hike in seafood. All promo codes will resume when we reopen after CNY. This includes the new customer promo code. For those who have existing vouchers with us, please check with us in advance if the vouchers can be used during this period. 

Q: Can I choose my delivery timing?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have the option at the moment. However, we will definitely send you a text one day prior to delivery to confirm. If no one is at home to receive it, we will arrange for another timing or date.
