Baby's First Fishes Pack (Suitable for 6m-12m)

The baby's first fishes pack is a great starter pack for infants who just started weaning! In addition to high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals, fish is a great source of healthy fats such as DHA that are essential for a child's developing brain, nervous system and vision.

We only pick the most suitable and healthiest fishes for this age range. You do not get to choose the fishes. It will be chosen by us based on availability and freshness. 

Basic Omakase Pack - any 2 types of these fishes 
grouper, snapper, sea bass, sutchi, halibut, salmon 

Premium Omakase Pack - any 3 types of these fishes
grouper, snapper, sea bass, sutchi, halibut, threadfin, salmon, cod fish, other seasonal fishes

All items in the baby's first fishes pack are deboned to the best of our ability, degutted and cut in smaller pieces.

However, please be vigilant while feeding the little ones as there may still be pin bones present.

The items are packed into smaller packets individually, adequate for per meal consumption. Just take what you need! Super convenient & fuss free!

Which and how many types of fishes will be included?
It is a surprise everytime! There will be 2 types of fishes for basic and 3 types for premium. *Please note that we do not include cod or threadfin in the basic pack. If you'd like cod or threadfin, the premium pack is recommended*

How long can one child pack last?
Entirely depending on your child's appetite/intake and how often you feed them fish. A rough gauge would be:
Basic - 3 to 4 weeks
Premium - 4 to 6 weeks

What is that extra ziplock packet in the fish pack?
Those are fish bones! Well, all fishes comes with bones. It would be a waste to throw them away, wouldn't it? :) We suggest that you can make fish bone broth with them. It is great for children as they are high in mineral content!

Why is it important to have the fishes individually packed.
Raw fishes have a high chance of getting contaminated if not handled properly. Children younger than five years are at an increased risk for food-borne illness and related health complications because their immune systems are still developing. Individually sealed packets greatly reduces this risk as it is way more hygienic. Furthermore, it is so convenient and fuss-free! You'll never have to get your hands smell fishy ever again!

What is the difference between the ages?
Primarily, it would the cut and packet size. The cut and packet size is slightly bigger for 9-12 month.

How can I cook the fishes?
The options are endless! They are great for porridges, stir-frying, BLW, steaming, boiling, noodles, rice, etc! Go get creative! :) Also, always remember to wash the fishes before cooking them!
